Award-winning Health & Wellness Retreat located in Arco da Calheta is looking to bolster it’s kitchen team and guest offering with a personable, creative Chef interested in a wellbeing concept.
Working closely with other team members, the ideal candidate has a passion and knowledge of healthy foods, and a talent for creative, colourful plant-centric dishes with a few sustainable fresh fish options. The menu is free from dairy, gluten, refined sugars, and meat.
You will be working with a small group 10 – 12 people per sitting.
We are a well-oiled machine and timings and covers are planned ahead each week so you will be without the chaos and unpredictability of a normal restaurant/service kitchen.
Working hours are very social with dinners being served between 6/7pm so no late nights. Working week is typically Tuesday to Saturday with Mondays and Sundays off-
We are a small team who work closely together so the ability to work well with others is a must. You will be working in a beautiful, bright, and airy, open kitchen in front of a small group of guests who are always curious about the food and recipes so please be comfortable chatting with people and keen to share cooking tips and tricks.
We have sister sites in Devon (a retreat), and London (2 restaurants).
